Welcome to my food and culture portfolio! This website showcases my passion for exploring different cultures through their food. From the unique flavors of Harlem, NY, to the delicate tastes of Japan, and with my multicultural background as a Brazilian-American of Portuguese descent, I have been fortunate enough to travel the world and try a wide variety of cuisines. With this website, I hope to share my experiences and inspire others to explore new flavors and cultures.

Experience:

I have worked as a food producer and videographer for several restauranteurs and restaurants around the world, including Chef Marcus Samuelsson and Daniel Boulud. My content has covered a wide range of topics, from sustainability to storytelling through food. I have also worked as a freelance videographer and have created miniseries for a variety of restaurants both in the US and abroad. Recently, I have been focusing on creating content for my own food blog and social media channels.

Projects:

I am currently working freelance in Los Angeles, helping local markets gain exposure through social media marketing. I am also producing a documentary focusing on cooking as an act of familial bonding. Stay tuned for updates!
